Compelled to learn more about integrative medicine, Dr. Neacsu was accepted into the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine Fellowship, one of the oldest and most respected programs of its nature in the country, founded and taught by Dr. Andrew Weil . After graduating from this 1000-hour program, she completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice® course from the Institute for Functional Medicine. In addition, Dr. Neacsu has specialty training in Reiki and certain stress-reduction techniques. In 2016, Dr. Neacsu opened her own practice in Atlanta, Medical Creations Integrative Medicine, in order to better treat patients’ root medical issues instead of just focusing on their symptoms.
