Goat cheese Avocado Bites
Hmmmm …. the taste explosion of goat cheese with blueberries paired with Avocado. A fast to prepare, healthy and delicious snack, party or finger food. Great for small hunger or as a whole meal with a side salad, these bites are a wonderful source of nutrients – high in Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Copper. And – done in seconds. Also good for brain power – for when you need energy and have to be alert.

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Cut goat cheese into slices
    2. Peel Avocado, discard seed, slice avocado flesh
    3. Add Blueberries to a cup, add to microwave and heat for about 20 seconds (if you don’t like microwaves, you can also heat the blueberries in a pot for about 2 minutes on medium heat)
    4. Arrange goat cheese slices on plate, top with avocado and blueberries, enjoy immediately
