Ingredients:

Choose your unit (& re-calculate ingredients)
Method:
  1. Cook water, let cool for about 10 minutes
  2. Press ginger root through a garlic press into a cup
  3. With a hand or electric orange press, press juice from the lemon and orange (effective kitchen tip, press more and save in an airtight container for about 3 days in the fridge)
  4. Mix juice in the cup with ginger root and honey and add warm water and mix. Make sure the water is not boiling or too hot.
  5. Enjoy

Other ideas for healing properties:

  1. If you cooked vegetables like Broccoli  shortly or the day before, save the cooking water and use it instead the plain water, it will add additional vitamins and minerals
  2. Add a tsp Coconut oil to enhance flavor and additional benefits to both liver and intestines
  3. Add a Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  4. Add Acerola juice or carrot juice for additional plant-flavonoids and beta-carotene to stimulate and improve overall liver function.
