3 - Ingredients
  

  • 100 gram Red Beet - canned (prefered in Glas), presliced for faster prep
  • 1 Onion - red, medium sized
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado-Oil - alternatively Olive Oil
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 0 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

4 - HOW TO MAKE
 

  • Peel onion, thinly slice onion and Red beets thin
  • Spread out red beet slices on a platter and top with sliced onions
  • Pour over Avocado oil, add salt, pepper and spices to your liking, let settle for about a minute
  • Enjoy. Serve with Crackers, fresh bread or just as a side dish or snack.
  • To add variety, add peeled lemon skin, Pumpkin Seeds, edible flowers and for non-vegan prep top with Feta crumbles
