3 - Ingredients
- 100 gram Camembert - about a medium camembert
- 20 gram Almond flour - coarse or fine, to your liking
- 30 gram Lambs Lettuce
- 5 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds - roasted
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 - HOW TO MAKE
- Break the egg on a plate
- Add Almond meal to another plate
- Dip Camembert first in the egg, than in the almont meal, continue to do so fo all camemberts in case you prep more
- Heat a pan with olive oil to medium heat
- Once oil is hot, add camembert(s) to the pan, cook for about 4 minutes
- After 4 minutes, turn camembert(s) with a ladle
- Change to low heat, cover pan and let cheese(s) bake for about 10 minutes
- Add salad to plate, half strawberries and pour Olive Oil and Balsamico Vinegar on top, add Pumpkin Seeds or other nuts to your liking.
- Remove camembert(s) from the pan with a ladle (be careful not to break them) and place onto salad. Serve immediately.
