  • 2 tbps Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic - fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 gram Ginger - fresh

4 - HOW TO MAKE
 

  • Mix Olive oil, dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Peel garlic and ginger, press both through a garlic press and mix with ingredients in bowl. Pour over salad, enjoy immidately or keep in the frigde for 2 days
