If you ask ... what is a Zoodler?
zoodlerZoodlers come in various types, each offering a unique twist to vegetable noodles. Handheld spiralizers are compact and user-friendly, ideal for quick creations. Electric zoodlers add efficiency with motorized operation, simplifying the spiralizing process. Vertical spiralizers are space-efficient and provide consistent results. While manual zoodlers offer control, electric options save time. Whether you prefer compact, electric, vertical, or attachment-based zoodlers, these tools bring creativity to your kitchen, turning veggies into delightful, nutritious spirals for a healthier, more vibrant culinary experience.
We use a manuar stainless steel (the less plastic the better) Zoodler. Its super convenient (zoodles are literally ready in seconds) and easy to clean.

5 - WHY IT'S GOOD FOR YOU

HEALTH SPOTLIGHT: ZUCCHINI

Zucchini is a nutrient-packed veggie, rich in vitamins A & C, potassium, and antioxidants. Pros: aids digestion, supports heart health. Cons: excessive consumption may lead to a laxative effect due to high water content. Enjoy its versatility for a healthy, balanced diet!

HEALTH SPOTLIGHT: PASSATA

PassataPassata is made from raw tomatoes cooked briefly and then strained to remove seeds and skin. While the tomatoes undergo a brief cooking process, the resulting passata can still be considered a form of raw food, as the cooking is minimal and doesn't involve high heat or prolonged cooking times that might significantly alter the nutritional content. Packed with lycopene, it promotes heart health and boasts antioxidant properties. Pros: low-calorie making it weight-friendly. However, it may lack fiber. This vibrant addition enhances meals with vitamins like A and C. Embrace the goodness of passata as a flavorful, nutrient-rich option for a well-balanced diet, celebrating both taste and well-being.
