1 - ABOUT THE RECIPE

3 - Ingredients
  

  • 80 gram Mozarella - shredded
  • 40 gram Almond flour - store bought (best in Glas jar and organic)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 20 gram Camembert
  • 20 gram Arugula - fresh
  • 4 Sundried Tomatoes
  • 5 Olives
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 10 grams Bacon bits - optional
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

4 - HOW TO MAKE
 

  • For the dough: Add shredded Mozarella, Egg, Almound Flour and Chia Seeds to a blowl, let sit for about 10 minutes
  • While dough rests, cut camembert into slice and a saute bacon bits in a pan until crispy
  • Once dough has settled for 10 minutes, mix all ingredients either by hand or in a blender until sticky texture is achieved (this usually works very well by hand and is quick)
  • Spread dough on baking paper and press it onto baking paper on a baking dish like any other dough. Aim for about a thickness of a fingernail.
  • Add to oven, let bake for about 10 minues on 180 Grad (360 Fahrenheit).
  • Remove from oven, spread passata (or any tomato sauce) on top and add Rucola, Olives, sundried tomatoes. Top with Camembert adn Bacon. Add re-add to oven and bake for anohter 10 minutes (or until brown, check frequently as ovens vary tremendously)
  • Remove from oven, let sit for a few minutes and serve immediately. Top with fresh garlic and herbs.
