1 - ABOUT THE RECIPE

Pumpkin is part of many traditional fall dishes and super easy to prepare. Carefully  cut in half, it can be easily oven roasted within it's shell. Once done, let cool, remove the flesh, use it immediately or freeze it for later use. Or, for a non-cooking version, use canned pumpkin.

3 - Ingredients
 
 

  • 60 gram Pumpkin - canned for no cooking version (or precooked leftovers)
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese - (substitute with oat cream for vegan version)
  • 2 cloves Garlic - (or more based on preference)
  • 1/2 Lemon - (juice from one lemon)
  • 1 Chili - fresh or dried
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 0 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

4 - HOW TO MAKE
 

  • Add pumpkin flesh and cream chesse to a bowl and mesh until smooth
  • Press Garlic through a garlic press, add to dip, mesh
  • Add Lemon Jouice and chopped Chili, mesh until all smooth
  • Add salt & Pepper to taste. Enjoi with freshly baked bread, crackers, or as a side dish to meat, fish or as a veggie dip
