3 - Ingredients
 
 

  • 20 gram Goat cheese
  • 1/2 Avocado - small to medium size
  • 30 gram Blueberries - fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1 tsp honey
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 0 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

4 - HOW TO MAKE
 

  • Slice Goat Cheese into 3 slices
  • Mash blueberries (thawed or frozen ) with a fork, add a bit honey
  • De-seed avocado, remove skin, slice half Avocado (keep other half in fridge for a about 1 day)
  • Arrange goat cheese slices on plate, stack the three goat cheese slices with blueberries first, then top each with a slice of Avocado
  • Sprinkle with Chilli Flakes or for zest like lemon rind
