3 - Ingredients
- 20 gram Goat cheese
- 1/2 Avocado - small to medium size
- 30 gram Blueberries - fresh or thawed from frozen
- 1 tsp honey
4 - HOW TO MAKE
- Slice Goat Cheese into 3 slices
- Mash blueberries (thawed or frozen ) with a fork, add a bit honey
- De-seed avocado, remove skin, slice half Avocado (keep other half in fridge for a about 1 day)
- Arrange goat cheese slices on plate, stack the three goat cheese slices with blueberries first, then top each with a slice of Avocado
- Sprinkle with Chilli Flakes or for zest like lemon rind
